Catering would like to announce the addition of Miguel Santos to our
management team. Miguel has many years of experience in food service
and customer service. His job description will include, but not limited
to insuring that each catering arrives at your location complete and
on a timely manner.
Many
customers have expressed a desire to provide our delivery staff
with gratuities. While we have attempted to add this option to the
invoice format, it is impossible to provide you with an immediate
total including gratuity. It will work most efficiently if you simply
write in the amount of gratuity along with your signature and we
will E-Mail you the corrected total.
New
Menu Additions
With
carbohydrates hitting the top of most dietary discussions,
we felt it necessary to design menus that would accommodate
both those controlling carbs and those who simply like
good food. Following are several menus we fill that meet
those needs.

Smoked
Turkey Roll-Ups. Watercress, Sun dried Tomatoes, Julienne Vegetables,
Avocado and Smoked Cheddar. Served with a mild chipotle mayo and
mango papaya salsa.

Grilled
Steak Over Salad. Oven Roasted Beef in a Four color peppercorn
demi-glace over a bed of baby greens.

Grilled
Salmon Salad. Grilled Salmon Filet on a bed of baby greens, Julienne
Vegetables, Balsamic Vinegar Dressing.

Fruits
and Greens. Baby greens salad dressed with fresh fruits and berries
and our own Raspberry Vinaigrette dressing. Accompanied with a
display of fruits of the season.

Sampling Days
We
are currently scheduling days with customers that desire
to see our new facility, better understand our services,
and taste a number of our new menu items. If you would
